Four years had passed when Unfactory started to write new songs in the early 2010 for the successor of the “She Bleeds EP”. The exchange of ideas for songs and the music was carried out entirely via the Internet. And so the songs and the concept for “Lunacy” came up in cooperation with Chris in Portugal and Gustavo in Brazil.

The basic structure of the song was first realized with synthesizers in Aveiro and Florianopolis. The final recordings with bass, drums and vocals were made later during a one month long session in Brazil. As on the “She Bleeds EP”, Walmoli is playing the drums, Andrey the bass and Deedee is again responsible for the lyrics.

Fabio Della of Aerocirco (www.aerocirco.com.br), who was already playing the drums on Unfactorys first album, and Jean Gengnagel of Mottorama (www.myspace.com/mottorama) were two other colleagues involved in the recording – Fabio for a song on guitar and Jean as a helping hand when working on electronic Parts.

The result is a very complex and interesting album, which will now be released digitally on 07/12/2010 at afmusic.

Sometimes it seems like you stand alone with a vision in your life. And sometimes two have the same without knowing each other. In case of afmusic and Zorch Factory Records it is the promotion of talented newcomer bands basically from the Gothic-, Post-Punk and New Wave genre.

The more both got to know and estimate each other the clearer it became a logical consequence to work together. The consequence of this collaboration is the now available compilation ‘Howly Night’, which is much influenced by the name of x-mas and offered as free download.

23 more or less known bands with mainly previously unreleased tracks are on ‘Howly Night’. With the first track ‘Dead End’ from Dorcel the listener gets trapped into a wonderful melancholic world, which is mainly the undertone on all tracks of this compilation.

Besides already well known acts like The Search, Curious or Camp Z especially the new names are setting the highlights on this compilation. An example for this are ‘Ghost In The Snow’ from (((S))) and ‘Game’ from Notes From The Underground. Everybody who likes the styles of music pointed in the beginning should see ‘Howly Night’ as a commendation. Music for cold winter days that warms heart and soul.

Unfactory connect influence of the Gothic rock of the eighties with the technoid sounds of the 90′s and the new millennium. In 2001 in Florianopolis (Brazil) of Chris Lima and Deedee founded, appeared in 2004 the debut album “negatives” and a “Positronic” entitled Remixalbum. Shortly after Luciano Barbi (the zero republic Argentina) became attentive on the band and published them on the “ELECTROMAP-> LATAM” Compilation.

Meanwhile “She Bleeds” is the 3rd album of the band, which was completed now beside Chris and Deedee by Bruno Barbi, Walmoli tanner, Gustavo Storm and Andrey Silva. The EP will be available in all well-known download stores on 22th of September 2008.
