After some great achievements with his Band The Nightchild and his solo project Sociophobia, mastermind Nightchild A. turns to different paths, to express his creativity in different ways. “Images” is his little work, which comes up as an instrumental 6-track-EP.
In contrast to The Nightchild or Sociophobia, this EP doesn’t limit itself to dark sounds only, but is a complete experiment, with songs, inspired by other musicians and songs, spiced with Nightchild A.’s really own note, without entrapping himself into copies. So, amongst others, “Abandoned Places” is inspired by the soundtrack of the movie 28 Days Later or “Action!” by Dick Dale’s famous “Misirlou”, which gained cult status through the movie Pulp Fiction. New realms will be explored under a new name, that still contains the familiar high quality.
“Images” is available from July 10th 2012 on as a free download on all well-known portals and on afmusic.
